What does my dog learn during basic obedience training?
The basic obedience teaches your dog how to walk nicely on a lead by your side without pulling, walking to heel without a lead, to sit reliably on command, lie down, stay and finally come when called.
Once learned all these are easily used by the owner.
How long does the training take?
I have found the optimal amount of time to teach all the basic commands to be 2 weeks.
Does my dog stay at your facility?
Dogs being trained stay at my facility so the price includes accommodation.
How much does it cost?
The cost of the twelve day course is $390 for small dogs / $450 for dogs over 10kg.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.
Saturday by appointment.
Sunday closed.
How does Doggy Day Care work?
Your dog is picked up from your house around 7:30am in an air conditioned bus and taken to my facility where he/she gets to play and socialize with other dogs all day. We then bring your dog back to your place at around 4pm. He/she will be a happy, calm, relaxed, well socialized dog.
How much does it cost?
$16 per day including pick up (Around 7am-8:00am) and drop off (3pm-4pm).
$12 per day if bringing your dog.
How does boarding work?
Boarding dogs are let out in the early morning to play and are brought in in the evening. At night small dogs and puppies stay inside and large dogs stay in very luxurious kennels. Food is provided, however you can provide your own if you like.
How much does it cost?
Miniature - $12 Example: Chihuahua/miniature poodle or other miniature dog.
Small -$14 Example: Poodle/Pomeranian/Jack Russell, or similar size breed of dog.
Medium - $16 Example: Beagle/Corgi/Bulldog/French bulldog, or similar size breed of dog.
Large - $18 Example: Golden retriever/Labrador/Husky, or similar sized breed.
Very large - $20 Example: Doberman/Rottweiler/GSD/Ridgeback, or similar sized breed.
Discounts
10% off all long stays (over one month).
10% off for two dogs staying, 20% off for more than two dogs staying.
