What does my dog learn during basic obedience training?
Basic obedience training teaches your dog how to walk nicely on a lead by your side without pulling, walking to heel without a lead, sitting reliably on command, lying down, staying, and finally coming over when called.
Once learned, these basics are easily used by the owner to ensure safety at home and in public.
How long does the training take?
The optimal amount of time needed to teach these essential commands is two weeks.
Does my dog stay at your facility?
Dogs in training stay at Good Dog. All food and accommodation costs are included in the price.
How much does it cost?
The cost of the twelve-day course is $390 for small dogs and $450 for dogs over 10kg.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Saturday and Sunday, by appointment only.
How does Good Dog's Daycare work?
Your dog is picked up from your house between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM in an air-conditioned bus and taken to Good Dog where they get to play and socialize with other furry friends all day. We bring your dog back to your place around 4 PM. They will be a happy, calm, relaxed, and well-socialized dog as a result!
How much does it cost?
$16 per day including pick up.
$12 per day if bringing your dog.
How does boarding work?
Boarding dogs are let out in the early morning to play and are brought in in the evening. At night small dogs and puppies stay inside and large dogs stay in very luxurious kennels. Food is provided, however you can provide your own if you like.
How much does it cost?
Miniature - $12 Example: Chihuahua, Miniature Poodle or other miniature dog.
Small -$14 Example: Poodle, Pomeranian, Jack Russell, or similar size breed of dog.
Medium - $16 Example: Beagle, Corgi, Bulldog, French bulldog, or similar size breed of dog.
Large - $18 Example: Golden retriever, Labrador, Husky, or similar sized breed.
Very large - $20 Example: Doberman, Rottweiler, GSD, Ridgeback, or similar sized breed.

10% off all stays over one month.
10% off for two dogs staying, 20% off for more than two dogs staying.
